This is a filter but it works slightly differently, you can see the fluidized bed filter as a beneficial bacteria producer which is fantastic for load shdding as it insures a healthy bacterial colony in your aquarium.

V1 tumbling filter material, easy to be attached to beneficial microorganisms on the surface.

Adding oxygen stone, providing a source of bubbles for the tumbling of the filter material, 

and also greatly enhancing the oxygen content of the water.
